At Austin Digestive Health, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges due to the specialized nature of our products.

Digital Products:
Because digital products are non-tangible and are delivered or accessed immediately upon purchase, they are considered "in your possession" once the transaction is complete. Therefore, we cannot issue refunds for any digital downloads or software subscriptions.

Lab Test Kits:
For our physical test kits, once an order is placed, we are immediately charged by our laboratory partners to initiate the process. For this reason, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds once the order has been processed. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
